Talia Rafaeli

Talia Rafaeli is a Partner and co-founder of KOMPAS VC. She manages the Barcelona Office, overseeing investments in Israel, the Iberian Peninsula and jointly with Andreas, the US. Talia started her career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital in New York and London, covering the retail and technology sectors. She also spent several years working at Accenture as an IT infrastructure consultant in Madrid and Tel Aviv. Before launching KOMPAS VC, Talia led investments on behalf of Porsche Ventures, focusing on deep-tech deals in mobility innovation, software architecture and emerging automotive technologies. She holds an MBA from the Columbia Business School at Columbia University in New York and a dual bachelor’s degree in economics and computer science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
