Meg George is the Head of Operations at KOMPAS VC, driving the firm’s global efficiency from our Amsterdam office. She ensures seamless operations, enabling the team to scale and execute at the highest level. She holds an MSc in International Business Management from the University of East London, where she specialized in leadership theory and start-up strategy.

A former US National Team athlete, Meg leverages the discipline, resilience, and teamwork honed during her rowing career—including a standing course record at the Henley Regatta—to cultivate high-performance cultures. Her work at KOMPAS VC aligns with her commitment to environmental sustainability, focusing on innovative approaches to reshaping how we interact with and impact our planet.
