Marette serves as the Executive Assistant at KOMPAS VC, providing organisational and administrative support across the team. She holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Psychology and a postgraduate degree in Psychology, both from the University of Stellenbosch. With a keen interest in people and organisational dynamics, Marette brings focus, structure, and a proactive mindset to her role.
